A driver, who was watching pornographic material on his mobile phone, has been jailed for causing death by dangerous driving.

Felix Gillon, 56, of Johnson Road, Bedworth, was driving along the M69 in Leicestershire when his HGV crashed into another driver’s truck.
The victim, Kerry Pemberton, had broken down and was waiting for a recovery vehicle on the hard shoulder between junctions one and two.
After the crash Gillon threw his mobile phone into the fields near the road, police said.
He was sentenced to eight years in jail for causing death by dangerous driving and for perverting the course of justice.
Gillon has also been banned from driving for eight years.
